Righteousness

For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 NKJV Being Christian does not make one righteous. It means that we believe in, stand behind and follow the only One who is. Jesus gave His life to so we could stand in His righteousness. By His blood, we are redeemed. What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. . . . . As it is written: There is none righteous, no, not one. Romans 3:9-10 NKJV
