Revelation

When I saw him, I fell at his feet as if I were dead. But he laid his right hand on me and said, “Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last. I am the living one. I died, but look—I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave.

“Write down what you have seen—both the things that are now happening and the things that will happen.”

Revelation 1:17-19 NL

If we believe Jesus died on a cross for the sin of the world and that He rose from the grave to provide our way to eternal life and that He ascended to our Heavenly Father to prepare a place for us to be with Him forever, we can't stop believing there. Some people who claim Jesus as Lord and Savior don't like the Book of Revelation. But how can we cancel out what will happen next and still receive the blessing? It is the final Word of God and the place in the Bible where we are told how the madness in this world will stop. We are to read it, believe it and weep tears of joy for this is the vision that John received from Christ that reveals just how God will exact His promise to bring all our troubles to an end. That's Good News!
