Job Prays

Then Job replied to the Lord:

“I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted. You asked, ‘Who is this that obscures my plans without knowledge?’ Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know.

“You said, ‘Listen now, and I will speak; I will question you, and you shall answer me.’ My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you. Therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes.”

Job 42:1-6 New International Version (NIV)

My Lord and My God,

Your wonders are too high for me to understand but Your love is poured over my life as You take care of me. Help me to endure the trials and tribulations of life knowing You carry all of my burdens. Forgiven of sin by the blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ, I come to be made whole and pleasing to You. Bless me indeed, Faithful Father. Grant favor to my life and enlarge my territory. I know You can, so will You please? Not my will, but Yours be done.

In the matchless name of Jesus, I pray.

Amen and Amen.
