Gracious God

If God is for us, who can be against us?He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

Romans 8:31-32 NIV

Some days it feels like the world is spinning out of control and we lose hope in things ever being right again. During those times, we often despair and depression floods within our hearts. We may find it difficult to simply put one foot in front of the other. Everything seems to be working against us. Our Heavenly Father gives us hope in His Word for these feelings. Leaning into Jesus, we follow an Advocate who is always on our side and One whom God has given complete authority over this fallen world. God gave His Son's life to save us before we even knew to ask. His plan is eternal and He will sustain all whom He has saved. He is aware of every need and desire. Surely, we can depend on Him to give us everything else. We can look forward to all He will do by simply trusting in what He has already done.
